Project Identity Statement

Ingram & Associates will identify all of the key players to be involved in the project, including all Local, County, State, and/or Federal agencies involved, and the specific roles and responsibilities of each. We will establish and maintain the detailed objectives of our client regarding the project scope, time and budget, and periodically re-confirm and reinforce these objectives with our client, throughout the project.

Project Infrastructure

Ingram & Associates will establish and implement systems and procedures developed specifically for the project that will enable the most effective and efficient operations for all parties involved in the project. These include Participant Directory, Project Schedule, Project Budget, and Project Control Systems and Accounting procedures.

Pre-Planning Meeting

Before proceeding into preliminary design, Ingram & Associates will schedule and conduct a pre-planning meeting with our client, Architect/Engineer, and other design sources. At this meeting, the basis for design will be established and all parties shall reach agreement on the following:

• Agreement on the task list
• Agreement on the project schedule
• Mutually acceptable goals for the project
• List all known constraints to the project

Schedule and conduct periodic review meetings to discuss schedule and costs with the team members.

Schedule

Develop and maintain a detailed Project Schedule that coordinates and integrates the efforts of all project participants seeking to accomplish the objectives established in the project identity statement. This schedule will be refined and updated as conditions warrant and will incorporate the major elements and milestones for the various phases of the project development.

Project Budget

Develop a Project Construction Budget independent of the Architect/Engineer. This budget will be refined and updated periodically as the project develops. We will advise our client whenever the budget is exceeded or there is a potential for the budget to be exceeded in a given category or overall.
