About the project:

Ingram & Associates managed the design and construction of an expansive private estate residence with related structures on a multi-acre parcel of land in Nevada. The major buildings include a main residence, an entertainment structure, and guest pavilion. The project also features a pool and world class spa.

Major buildings are steel structure with steel stud framing. Exterior wall cladding includes French limestone and an EIFS/Dryvit system with custom finishes. Major site and landscaping features include garden courts, courtyard areas, pools and water features,  a tennis court, paved driveways, stone paved courts and walkways, and significant planted areas. Water is a major theme for the project and nearly all of the courtyards are interconnected by flowing water. Interior architectural design is commensurate with the overall design and incorporates extensive lighting detail, fixtures, and finishes.
